  • EVM wallet address (BASE and BNB Chain)

As you use the Platform, we record:

  • Ticket purchase history (amounts, quantities, transaction signatures) across Solana, BASE, and BNB Chain
  • Withdrawal history (amounts, destination addresses, transaction signatures)
  • Chip balance and chip transaction history
  • Promo code redemptions
  • Referral relationships (who referred whom)
  • Last purchase timestamp
2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

Lucky Arena does not collect:

  • Your name, email address, or phone number
  • Your IP address
  • Your geographic location data
  • KYC or identity documents

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

  • To operate and maintain the Platform, including processing ticket purchases, draws, and payouts across Solana, BASE, and BNB Chain.
  • To generate and manage your embedded wallets.
  • To execute transactions on your behalf (ticket purchases, withdrawals) as authorised by your actions on the Platform.
  • To track and attribute referral rewards.
  • To administer promotions, promo codes, and bonus features.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
  • To improve and optimise the Platform’s functionality and user experience.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. Transaction data is additionally recorded on the Solana, BASE, and BNB Chain blockchains, which are public, immutable ledgers. We cannot delete or modify on-chain transaction records.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party service providers (e.g., Privy for wallet infrastructure) who process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

  • Platform Protection: To enforce our Terms of Service, protect the rights, property, or safety of Lucky Arena, its users, or others.
  • Blockchain Data: Transaction data recorded on the Solana, BASE, and BNB Chain blockchains is publicly visible by nature of blockchain technology. This includes wallet addresses and transaction amounts but not your Telegram identity.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Platform’s services. We may retain certain data after account closure where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. On-chain transaction data across all supported blockchains is permanent and cannot be deleted.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal and blockchain limitations).
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data.
