1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or participating in Lucky Arena (the “Platform”), including through our Telegram bot, website, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

Your participation in any jackpot draw, game, or transaction on Lucky Arena constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility

By using Lucky Arena, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are not located in, incorporated in, or a citizen or resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction (see Section 3).
• You are not subject to sanctions administered by OFAC, the United Nations, the European Union, or any equivalent authority.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.
• You are financially capable of bearing the risk of loss associated with gambling and are not participating with funds you cannot afford to lose.

Lucky Arena reserves the right to request verification of age and jurisdiction at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or termination of your access.

3. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Lucky Arena is not available to persons located in, incorporated in, or citizens or residents of the following jurisdictions (“Prohibited Jurisdictions”):

Afghanistan, Algeria, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brunei, Bulgaria, Cambodia, China, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Libya, Lithuania, Myanmar, Nepal, Netherlands, North Korea, North Macedonia, Oman, Philippines, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sudan, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions), United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States (including all territories and dependencies), and Yemen.

By participating in Lucky Arena, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, incorporated in, or a citizen or resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction, and that you are not subject to sanctions administered by OFAC or any equivalent authority. Lucky Arena reserves the right to void entries, withhold prizes, and terminate access for any user found to be in violation of this provision.

Lucky Arena reserves the right to add or remove jurisdictions from this list at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

4. Platform Description

Lucky Arena is a decentralised jackpot gaming platform operating across the Solana, BASE (Ethereum Layer 2), and BNB Chain blockchains, accessible primarily through a Telegram bot. The Platform offers jackpot draws where users purchase tickets using supported cryptocurrencies (SOL, ETH, and BNB), as well as vouchers or partner tokens as may be made available from time to time.

Additional games and features may be introduced in future updates and will be subject to these Terms.

All draw outcomes are determined using Verifiable Random Functions (VRF) to ensure provably fair results. Users may independently verify the fairness of any draw.

5. Wallet and Account

Upon first interaction with the Lucky Arena Telegram bot, an embedded wallet is automatically generated for you via Privy’s infrastructure. This wallet is linked to your Telegram user ID and supports Solana, BASE, and BNB Chain. You are solely responsible for:

• The security of your Telegram account.
• All activity conducted through your associated wallet.
• Any funds deposited to or withdrawn from your wallet.

While Lucky Arena does not custody your private keys, our server performs transactions on your behalf to facilitate ticket purchases, draw entries, and withdrawal processing. You authorise Lucky Arena to execute these transactions on your behalf when you initiate actions through the Platform.

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible. Lucky Arena cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any transaction once it has been submitted to the blockchain.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on Lucky Arena are conducted in cryptocurrency (SOL, ETH, and BNB) and, where available, vouchers or partner tokens. Lucky Arena does not accept or process fiat currency. You acknowledge that:

• Deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation on the respective chain (Solana, BASE, or BNB Chain).
• Withdrawals are processed to the wallet address you specify and are subject to blockchain network conditions on the relevant chain.
• Lucky Arena is not responsible for transactions sent to incorrect wallet addresses or on incorrect chains.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds may apply and may vary by chain.
• Lucky Arena reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where it suspects fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or participation from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

7. Draw Structure and Fees

7.1 Standard Draws

For standard jackpot draws, the ticket revenue is allocated as follows:

• 70% to the prize pool (distributed to winners).
• 28% to Lucky Arena as a platform fee (from which operational expenses are paid).
• 2% to the Chip Jackpot pool.

7.2 Partner Draws

For partner draws (sponsored or collaborative draws with third-party partners), the allocation is as follows:

• 70% to the partner on a cost/prize basis to cover the costs of prizes provided.
• 28% to Lucky Arena as a platform fee (from which operational expenses, commissions, and partner-related costs are paid).
• 2% to the Chip Jackpot pool.

Specific draw structures, prize allocations, and any variations will be clearly displayed within the Platform prior to participation in each draw.

8. Taxes

Lucky Arena does not charge additional fees beyond those described in Section 7. However, you are solely responsible for:

• Any blockchain network fees (gas/transaction fees) incurred during deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay on any supported chain.
• Determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to income tax, capital gains tax, or gambling tax in your jurisdiction.

Lucky Arena does not provide tax advice and recommends that you consult a qualified tax professional.

9. Promotional Features

Lucky Arena may offer promotional features from time to time, including but not limited to referral bonuses, promo codes, vouchers, partner tokens, and special draws. All promotional features are:

• Subject to specific terms and conditions as communicated at the time of the promotion.
• Offered at Lucky Arena’s sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Non-transferable and carry no cash value unless expressly stated.

Any abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of promotional features may result in forfeiture of bonuses and termination of access.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform if you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information regarding your identity, age, or location.
• Use VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
• Engage in any form of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform’s smart contracts, server infrastructure, or systems.
• Interfere with the Platform’s operation or other users’ experience.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, software, and materials associated with Lucky Arena are the property of Lucky Arena and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Lucky Arena materials without express written consent.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Lucky Arena does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided.
• That the Platform will meet your expectations or requirements.
• The value, stability, or liquidity of any cryptocurrency, token, or digital asset used on the Platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUCKY ARENA AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that you may lose your entire deposit, and that Lucky Arena bears no responsibility for your gambling losses.

13. Financial Responsibility and Hardship Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation in Lucky Arena is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own financial risk.
• You should only participate with funds that you can afford to lose entirely without impact on your financial wellbeing, ability to meet essential living expenses, or financial obligations.
• Lucky Arena is not responsible for any financial hardship, debt, insolvency, or adverse financial consequences arising from your use of the Platform.
• Lucky Arena does not provide financial advice and makes no representations regarding the likelihood of winning or the suitability of gambling as a financial activity.
• If you are experiencing financial difficulty, you should not use the Platform and should seek appropriate financial or debt counselling.

Lucky Arena expressly disclaims any and all liability for losses incurred by users who participate in draws or games while in financial distress, or who gamble with funds they cannot afford to lose. By using the Platform, you release Lucky Arena from any claims related to financial hardship, loss of income, debt, or similar financial consequences arising from your participation.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lucky Arena, its operators, affiliates, partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

15. Modifications

Lucky Arena reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and communicated through the Telegram bot where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

16. Termination

Lucky Arena reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Participation from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Any other reason at Lucky Arena’s sole discretion.

Upon termination, you may be permitted to withdraw remaining legitimate funds at Lucky Arena’s discretion, subject to applicable withholding for suspected Terms violations.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, with the seat of arbitration in the British Virgin Islands. The language of arbitration shall be English.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Lucky Arena.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
